We were short on numbers at our December 9th dance but
what we lacked in numbers we made up for in spirit and fun. We had tons of
food and thank you to Melva for helping with that and also thank you
Bonnie Main for the constant and continued help! We hope you are feeling
better!
Don Main called an inventive and fun dance and we even danced with 6
couples in a square and all survived! It was challenging and fun and
remember.... we don't quit having fun because we get old..... we get OLD
because we quit having fun!!!!!
There are so many people dealing with ill-nesses and we hope everyone gets
well and is able to stay well!
The clubs who came to dance with us were the Altus Twirlers, Hub City
Squares, Hydro Hi-Stepper, Woodward Wranglers and our Antelope Hills few.
Thank you all for coming.... you know we couldn't dance without you!
Betty Allison from the Woodward Wranglers and Debby Tuning won the door
prizes. Rosey McCulley from Hub City Squares won the Honey Pot and then
donated it back to our club. Thank you Rosey, that was kind of you.
Our next dance will be on January the 14th with Don calling. We hope and
pray everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Blessed New Year. See
you in a square next year I hope! Travel safe y'all!
