Thank You for the cards, telephone calls, personal comments
that I received from all of you who helped in some way to make my 80th
birthday reception a great day. A special THANKS to my children Sharon,
Mark, Susan & Kathie for the event and to my wife Marcella for putting
up with me for 58 years. Family and friends are indeed precious. Roland
Due to outside commitments and having family come from Georgia, your
reporters really do not have much to add to the monthly news from the
club. We apologize for having had to miss the district business meeting
and festival held in Woodward, special dance for Rod, our dances and fun
nights but promise to be more faithful in the future.
We have two dances scheduled in May, those being Friday May 9th with
Rod & Lois Ford calling and on the 5th Friday May 30th with guest
caller Cecil Burton on the mike. Come and join us! We will not be dancing
in June and July.
